Rob Pugh

Rob is an outgoing, diligent, and sought-after individual in the Technology and Semiconductor industry. He has worked within the technology industry from his early career years having completed an MSc in International Business. By being industrious, focused, and possessing impeccable people’s skills, he has worked his way up from a junior graduate role to Senior Project Manager. Rob has specialised in the areas of process improvement and project delivery and has delivered successful projects of varying sizes and budgets. Rob’s experience has opened doors to a variety of projects which has increased his portfolio of management including and not limited to ranging anywhere from Commercial Business Transformations to Technical Projects .

Rob is also passionate about learning and education. In more recent times, he has invested immensely in mentoring junior team members and also supporting college students in his locality to forge their careers within the technology sector.

During is spare time Rob enjoys food, music and most sports. He plays Football and Cricket competitively and is in the middle of planning his wedding!
